WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED EVER AT ANY AUTOMOTIVE SHOP IN CT. After being told it would only take a week to fix the car it had been sitting in the shop for over TWO weeks UNTOUCHED even though they had the parts for over a week. Today we go to the shop, we walk in and are greeted by Jesse, the owner of the shop, "What do u need out of the car" we CALMLY tell him we don't need anything out of the car WE NEED THE CAR ITSELF!! He rudely tells us the car will not be ready until next week. I explain that this is ridiculous and it shouldn't be taking 3+ weeks for a car to get fixed when u have had the parts for over a week. As we were walking out to leave I took a picture of the shop as I planned on writing a review, that is when Jesse started freaking out and attacking us verbally calling us names and saying he will no longer work on the car and to take it else where. He then proceeded to have 2 of his employees push the car out of the shop and placed the new engine right next to the car and told us to get it off of his property. We left and called AAA who sent a tow truck out to pick up the car as we were waiting Jesse then comes outside again this time taking pictures and videos of us saying he is going to post them and that he's calling the cops. The cops show up and basically agree that this is the most absurd thing and a waste of their time. The cops were nice and understanding and helped get all of our parts back and recommended that we contact the DMV dealer repair division which is being taken care of as we speak!
