I love the food here. Mama's breakfast is the best thing for breakfast. I'm sure there's other things that are good but this one is so simple and easy to order. Just don't over do it with the syrup. Your stomach will hurt from the richness of it.
Wish there was a 0 star option. 20 minutes of waiting time for our name to be called. When it was we were told our table wasn't ready to stand aside. 8 more minutes later we were told to wait by the fireplace because our table needed to be wiped down. Realy! Do yourself a favor and skip this place! By the way. Absolutely love the holyoke cracker barrel. They have higher standards in customer service.
Always reliable with good food, very reasonable prices and pleasant staff. As we frequently travel from Connecticut down I-95 to Florida we literally go from Cracker Barrel to Cracker Barrel as we make the drive. They’re locations are convenient to the highway and we can always depend on getting exactly what we want quickly and pleasantly. I’ve often eaten my favorite meal, eggs in a basket with a hash brown casserole, for breakfast, lunch and sometimes even dinner
Horrible service. This is NOT our first horrible visit. The Massachusetts Restaurant is a lot better than the Connecticut one. Got there at 8-830. We left at 9:30 because our waitress kept saying it would come out in a minute, when it never came out. When we got there, there was a huge water spill right next to our table that did not clean. Drinks took about 10 minutes to come out. Finally about an hour of waiting for our food, we asked where it is and she had to go back into the kitchen and check, then she came out and said that they ran out of meatloaf (what my dad ordered) we decided to leave. We have had many disappointing visits with Crackle Barrel. I’m so annoyed with them.
As usual, had some great food from a great place. We always loved coming here for the home style food and atmosphere. And you can't forget to check out the store while there, it is constantly changing and has some great stuff.
