Expensive given the remote location and not temp controlled.
Fast and organized in the midst of a busy day, Mr. Caruso made sure I have a very clean space and all the info needed to access it. He walked me through the contract and still attended to other customers. Excellent service!
The only item I had problems with was the door to the unit. The door is tough to open and doesn't always stay open. Instead of offering to fix it, I was told to be careful and make sure it didn't fall and hit me or my items.
Have been at this location for five years. Clean, convenient, easy access from highway and quiet. Always exemplary management (started with Mark, through Tammy/K'ayisha) from the beginning, but recently not very helpful—no above and beyond, no warmth, just what's required.
Everything has been great about this CubeSmart Self Storage facility. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff who quickly understood our needs and made recommendations for a storage unit. When we filled up that unit during our home move they were able to set us up with a second unit in no time. The storage units are very clean as is the entire facility. Our stuff is secure and access is easy. Would gladly use this place again!
The manager called me and explained that the unit offered on the website could not be used for the items I needed to store, but was able to provide an equivalent unit. He was helpful, but under-staffed.
