Stay every week. Moldy smelling rooms and poor service. Stayed because we had a good rate, but since they switched managers they get our room wrong and want to charge full price. Also when manager switched they charged me 6 times for 1 stay, and refused to refund. Credit card company had to reimburse. Finally done with this dump for good I think..

Do not make a reservation at this terrible Inn. Block of rooms for a wedding should be easy to find not here. Go to hotel to make reservation in person and confirmation number. Call the day before and no reservation and everyone else no reservations the day before wedding.

Talk to other people from wedding and unmade beds with nasty sheets in 1 room then live mouse.

I'm a student at Lincoln tech and this is by far the worst place to live the only good thing is its close to school. If you're going to Lincoln they give you two options to live the baymont and apartments I would stay at the apartments even tho it's near the hood. The hotels new owners are disrespectful and no customer service and these owners don't kno how to run a business. This is not osha approved these owners to leave my room smelled like cigarettes (I have a non smoking room) ,the bed covers had stains , the bathroom was filled with mold and dirt , plus I had bugs coming out of the ceiling. Now they recently started renovating and all the dust from the tiles are in the air and are hazardous to the people staying here. The staff is very unprofessional and they treat you like children rather than adults. I'm now staying at the travel lodge about 1.5 miles away and is way more professional and are willing to work with you fast. The baymont needs new owners these people don't know what they are doing and they over charge and double charge point blank after you pay. Avoid the baymont whether you're staying for work or school. Plus the employees are lazy not professional at all!!! If I were to give no stars I would because this place deserves to be shut down!

Checkout time is now off to another hotel for $20 more and wow clean.

This was our 2nd time here. For the price, it's hard to complain about much. It does the job. Microwave & fridge in room, nice updated appearance. Have stayed in similarly priced hotels that look like they are stuck in the 70's. Pool was closed which was a bummer, Wi-Fi password didn't work, and breakfast had been totally picked over/not replenished by 7am. We only stayed over night so we didn't test the shower but the bathroom was clean (small but clean). No problems with smell or anything like that. TV pretty small but that's a chump complaint.

Best part was walking into smelly, musty room ask for another that room and that one bed is not made and sheets and comforter is in a pile on the floor. Room # 3 hallway smells and room is a little better but if I want to take a shower I need shower shoes.

Overall I would stay again. Especially for the price. Staff was friendly and available when we got in late. No major issues. Thankfully.

I arrived at night after a long day and stood 30 minutes waiting for the front desk attendant while a local college student rang the bell over and over due to his long wait prior to my arrival. Just as I proceeded to call Expedia to cancel my reservation, the local college student found the backroom door was opened and went behind the desk to find the attendant sleeping at the in the backroom. He then proceeded to take 30 minutes just to program a key for the student and an additional 30 minutes to check me in. When asked what was taking so long by another guest he proceeded to nod his head at the other guest and stare at the computer screen in a daze. (The young man "appeared" to be high) This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in a hotel.
