My son who has autism has an account with Sprint as they have reasonably priced unlimited data. In December 2017 I went in to this store to upgrade my son’s phone. Cole, the young man who worked with me was TOTALLY AWESOME. Cole took a lot of time (2 hours) with me to make sure that the phone was set up with everything that Bryan needed and used and that all was working seamlessly. I can’t thank Cole enough for taking all of this time and making sure that my son had what he needed!
Mohamed, Kelsey and Meghan are excellent. They helped above and beyond with a very challenging situation. They treated us with courtesy, kindness, knowledge and patience. We were so impressed with their service. They are truly an asset to this store. We walked in with concerns and left with answers. Its really nice to have representatives that truly care about people. Thank you!!!!!!
Number 1 is the people who work there. They gave us great service and took time to answer some mundane questions. Number 2 "no" was not the first response to a question. If something needed research that was what was said. Number 3 conversation while downloads, uploads, etc. occurred were more than single syllable words. Number 4 a good feeling to move to this carrier with this caliber of person on the front line.
This store is the best sprint store,it does need to have the phone repair put in that location then it would be great store complete a to z ,and to all the beautiful woman in sales are the best at helping you with anything they can

We switched from Verizon to Sprint in the fall of last year. We never have even seen a difference between the two carriers until today. My husband lost his phone while walking a friends dogs. He remembered as he retraced his tracks that there was a specific car with a couple in it. The car was gone and he couldn't find his phone anywhere! He left for work and I was left to go talk to Sprint in EW. I told Meghan the saga and I could only tell her the phone number and his google password. We could not remember the google address for anything. Meghan was able to work her magic. She locked the phone, added my number to the phone as a contact on the locked, lost phone. The phone appeared to be shut down. I left there thinking my husband would be paying the $200 deductible and get a replacement sent out. I wasn't very far when Meghan called me to tell me where the phone might be. I got a friend to go with me and we actually got our phone back unharmed. I was so happy as was my husband! He thought he had lost all his contacts along with photos that are precious!
