My wife and I were out just looking at trucks on Route 5 not sure what I/we wanted to buy. We were not wandering around very long when Frank came out to greet me. He answered all questions wihout being a typical pushy sales man. Offered test drive in both Toyota trucks i was interested in and explained the differences of both. One had a big lift kit installed and the other was stock with bigger tires which gave it a nice look. After our purchase he called to see how i was liking my choice. He was great to work with and i will certainly be going back when I need a new truck. Also was please to get $2500 bucks for my old Tacoma
Salesman Charlie was very responsive and honest. This company delivers a very well inspected strong vehicle with plenty of upgrades unmatched by other dealers . They keep it simple and their vehicle selections are priced right. Old fashioned service and respect for the buyer goes a long way and Shamrock does what they say.
These guys are top notch. I called wanting to buy one of their trucks from out of state. They were extremely helpful in providing me with all of the pictures I requested, which I requested over multiple days. The sent me the carfax and gave me a list of all of the maintenance and work they had performed as well. I flew in and picked up the truck and I couldn't have been more pleased. Their description was accurate and the photos matched up with my expectations for the truck. We got the paperwork done and I was on my way. It was a great 10 hour ride back to North Carolina and the truck performed great. I even had my mechanic check it once I got back and he confirmed the truck was in great condition. I don't normally write reviews, but I would definitely recommend Shamrock after my experience with them.
This used car dealership was/is the best dealership I have ever done business with from the quality of vehicles to the salesmen. We had the great pleasure to meet and work with Charlie. He helped make everything happen with ease and no stress. Then to top it off, the prices are unbeatable especially for the quality of inventory. We thankfully found this on a whim by just driving by. We live in Massachusetts (about an 1 1/2 from dealership) and I will forever be a customer now. I highly recommend Shamrock Motors to anyone and everyone. Trust me, you won't be disappointed at all.
